WORK WITH THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/ PROGRAM COORDINATORS
Description: Successful Candidate will gain knowledge & experience working within the administration & programs of a not-for-profit organization. Administrative, interpersonal & project management tasks will be included. Gain an overview of admin responsabilities, letters, proposal and grant reporting, budgeting, accountability, finances, shadowing of executive director and program coordinators. Preparing, delivering workshops, and client services in the human services field. Participating in the cultural camp with Generation Youth, attending Sunchild Powwow. Requires intermediate skills with Windows xp, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Accounting Software. (Training will be provided) Faxing, Photocopying, office systems. An interest in Social Services field would be an asset. Student will be returning to their studies in the fall or be a graduate of a Business Admin Program. Criminal records check and Child Welfare check, and a valid Drivers licence are required.

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article Youth Administrative Position, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
